Shipping

We ship everywhere in the United States. International shipping isn't available yet.

Cost

Tracked shipping is free on orders of $35 or more and $4.99 under that. Sample packs ship by standard mail for $1.99 (no tracking, usually 3 to 7 business days in transit), or pick tracked USPS at checkout at the rate shown. Faster USPS options are shown at checkout at cost.

When it ships

Stickers are printed to order. Once you approve your proof, your order ships within 4 business days, usually sooner. The clock starts at proof approval, not at checkout, so the fastest route to your stickers is approving the proof as soon as it lands in your inbox. Transit is typically 2 to 5 business days with USPS Ground Advantage.

Sample packs have no separate proof: the preview you approve in the builder is the proof, so they ship within 4 business days of your order.

Tracking

Every order is tracked, except sample packs sent by $1.99 standard mail. You get the tracking number by email the moment it ships, and another email when it's delivered.

Lost or damaged in the mail

If tracking shows delivered and the package isn't there after 7 days, or it arrives damaged, tell us and we reprint and reship it free. See our reprint policy.

Sample packs sent by standard mail have no tracking, so we can't trace, reprint or reship them if they go missing. Pick tracked shipping at checkout if you want that cover.

Address mistakes

Check your address at checkout. If a package comes back to us because of an address error, we'll reship it for the cost of postage.
